Happy Birthday Caden!

Yes, Caden's birthday was back in Aug. Sam and I finally had his party in October. He was with his mom on his birthday, but I promised him a friend party when he got back. Sam and I kept putting it off and we decided we needed to do it before the holidays and the new baby came. My husband being brilliant came up with having a Halloween party. Best idea! And thanks to my friend Jen J. Who gave me all of these great websites and ideas. I am a little proud of my creations. I am not creative at all, not that I came up with these ideas but I actually did them.
We had mummy dogs for lunch

and Skeleton cupcakes.

We had some issues with the caramel apples. They kids didn't realize it, they just had to be really fast sticking their candy on to their apples.

We did Pumpkin bowling. Our Garden was taken over my pumpkins this year. So we had plenty for this activity. Plus we had some from Sam's parents house. But this was actually really fun.

Dressed each other up like mummys

But after doing all of that, Sam's idea was the best DRY ICE. The kids could have just sat there and watch the dry ice the whole time. Sam even did a little science experiments showing them how it works. I should have gotten a picture of that.

Over all it was a very successful birthday party. I am actually happy we held it off to Halloween.
